You don't know how to cook duck legs here's one recipe by Sweet & Salted
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 duck legs
4 tablespoons garlic oil
2 teaspoon maldon sea salt flakes
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground garlic
Prep 5 min | Cook 1 hr 15 mins | Total 1 hr 20 mins
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.
In a bowl mix maldon sea salt flakes, ground black pepper and ground garlic.
Season the duck legs all over.
In the pan oven proof Tefal add your garlic oil. When it's hot put your ducks legs skin side and leave 5 minutes.
After detach the handle, place the pan in the middle of the oven for 1 hr 15 mins.
Ten minutes before the end turn the duck legs.
When the duck is cooked cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes.
Now you can eat your duck with salad, potato, pasta... also you can pulled it to make burger, tacos, croquette... .
